Service Department / Installation
At MLC, our commitment to the customer continues far beyond the sale. We believe in service after the sale. We honor the warranties of all of our suppliers. Our business was founded on a combination of providing quality products and top-level service to ensure maximum satisfaction with all the products we offer. To accomplish this commitment to service we have a full-time service coordinator and trained service technicians to accommodate your service needs.

Installation is available upon request. Our installers work for us and we can ensure that all of our windows are installed to meet our exact standards.

Replacement Parts

We do offer a wide range of replacement parts and hardware at our showroom. Please contact us for more information. 


Service Call 

There will be a Service Call Fee of $75.00 for homes 5 years or older, which will be applied towards the repairs. This is collected at the time of scheduling the appointment.
